• Will it work with my existing automation?
  Yes. Its records behave like any other Salesforce data, so flows, validation rules, approvals, and reports build on them the same way they do on standard objects.
• Which Salesforce products are required?
  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform. They also support Nonprofit Cloud and Education Cloud.

What Blackthorn Events: Salesforce-native event management does

Blackthorn Events runs natively in Salesforce. Registrations, tickets, payments, and attendance are records in your org from the moment you create them. No middleware, no export, no second copy to reconcile.

Forge is a web-based workspace where planners build and run events end to end, without filing admin requests. It reads and writes Salesforce records directly, sign-in runs through Salesforce, and your existing permissions and sharing rules apply.

Page Designer, built into Forge, is a drag-and-drop builder for the event page. Session, speaker, and ticket data pulls in live from the event record. Includes theme presets, per-locale translations, and an accessibility scanner. No CSS required.

Event Builder keeps working, attendee checkout still runs through Blackthorn Payments, and admins control who uses Forge.
